Some problems sometimes appear in the process of using the spray gun. Now we will analyze the phenomenon of the spray gun in detail, and according to the phenomenon, analyze the reasons and find out the solutions.
Here are some common faults and solutions:

Unable to spray paint or a small amount of paint
  1. The air replenishing hole of the gun pot cover is blocked or the air cap and suction pipe are seriously blocked
 Clean the air replenishing hole, air cap and suction pipe on the pot cover
  1. No paint
 Supplementary coating
  1. Thimble travel is too small
 Rotate the paint flow regulating knob to increase the stroke of the needle valve
Paint leakage at nozzle 1.Thimble sealing nut is too tight Unscrew the sealing nut of the ejector pin
2.There is foreign matter inside the nozzle port Clean the nozzle
3.The nozzle and ejector pin are not matched or damaged Replace nozzle set
  1. Thimble return spring is broken or not installed
 Replace the ejector pin return spring or install the upper ejector pin return spring
Spraying range cannot be adjusted 1.The fan control holes on both sides of the air cap are blocked Clean the air cap
2.Spray amplitude regulator is damaged or installed incorrectly Replace the spray range adjuster or install the spray range adjuster correctly
3.Air passage of spray gun fan control hole is blocked Clean air passage
